HTC has announced an Android-based phone, the HTC Tattoo, featuring a 2.8" touch screen, 3.2 megapixel camera, 3.5mm stereo headset jack and microSD slot and which integrates Google maps, search, Google Mail services. It will be available in Europe first at the beginning of October.
