Schöpfer Yachts was founded, in January 2008, by E. Kevin Schöpfer, the Boston architect who designed the International UFO Museum in Roswell, N.M. His boat-design firm has yet to receive an order for the Oculus, which would require two and a half years to complete and would have an estimated price of $95 million.
