kult House is the selected work of Josh Rhode, a 25 yr. old Art Director who works primarily in interactive motion. Josh’s work is dynamic, richly illustrated, and technically engaging. His versatile skill sets help to lead projects from the drawing phase, to design, and throughout production.
He is an experienced director of both visual and technical fields, with a passion for solving the various challenges that result when rich creative ideas meet project constraints. Josh holds a B.A. in film direction & production, and is currently making things happen as an Art Director at R/GA New York.

The New Xbox 360

 

 

At the E3 press conference, Microsoft unveiled the covers on their update to the Xbox 360’s game console. It’s not called the Xbox 360 Slim as anticipated, rather simple “The New Xbox 360″. The New Xbox 360 features a smaller case then previous models. The new model has a sleek black case, with angular lines more reminiscent of the original Xbox than the 360. Under the hood, the cooling system has been improved, providing “whisper-quiet” operation. In addition, the hard drive has been amped up to 250GB, and there’s built in 802.11n Wi-Fi.

Darth Vader & Storm Trooper Corsets

California based costume and corset maker Evening Arwen has released a pair of fancy unlicensed corsets based on the costumes of Darth Vader($600) and the Imperial Storm Troopers($500).

Startech Jaguar Xj

Startech has developed an exterior and interior enhancement program for the new XJ, aiming to offer performance-orientated appearance to the car. The front of the XJ has received a bumper add-on featuring generous air intakes and LED daytime running lights. The tuning house has also replaced the sedan’s front fenders with a set of front quarter panels that integrate new air outlets. The XJ has received tailor-made STARTECH Monostar J Diamond edition rims. The three piece forged wheels come in a 21 inch size and feature mirror polished surfaces combined with brushed-look surfaces.

Volkswagen reveals the 2011 Phaeton

Volkswagen has just revealed its new 2011 Phaeton flagship model ahead of the car’s scheduled debut at this year’s Beijing Auto Show. The car will be offered as either a standard wheelbase or extended wheelbase. All-wheel drive and an air suspension will be standard and customers will have the choice of four different engines, ranging from 6-cylinders to 8-cylinders, all the way up to a big W12.
